The Mansson Bakery supplies many upscale restaurants with the tasty little bread varieties they put in their baskets, but these breads are not available in stores. Among foreigners who are not convinced Czech bread is the best there is, Manssons is a godsend. The Danish couple who run the bakery are famous for their heavy, dark rye bread rolled in sesame seeds. This kind of bread is a mainstay on Scandinavian tables, and Bakery Mansson makes an especially light and chewy version of it.
