The clients of the atelier are provided with the full-range service from preparatory and projection works to additional and consultation services. According to the customer´s wish, the architect designs an architectonic study in several variants which includes plans, facades, profiles and built-up situation. In this context an individual approach is especially emphasized. During the whole cooperation, the client can influence at the personal consultations the image of his/her house so that the final product corresponds with his/her concept and at the same time fulfills the basic prerequisites of practical, healthy and modern housing. Then the following is elaborated: a project for area proceedings, project documentation for building permit and a construction implementation project which includes construction-architectonic part, static component, wiring project, health instrumentation, heating and gas distribution as well as a detailed surface area sheet. On the basis of the client´s request, the architect can also participate in a project, creation and realization of the interior. The architectonic study can also include a project of a garden and surroundings adaptations and garden complements design. In case of the customer´s interest the atelier arranges so called investment base for projection, i. e. hydro-geological research and geodetic survey. The representation of the client during area and construction proceedings is among standard services as well.
