Euro Trend Audit, a.s. was founded at the beginning of 1999 and since its establishment it has been fully incorporated into the Euro-Trend Group with an objective of supporting and completing other companies of the Group in the sphere of statutory audit, accountancy and corporate consulting. The company was included in the list of legal entities active in auditing under licence number 317. Its founders are Petr Ryneš (auditor, licence no. 1299) and the business company "Euro-Trend, s.r.o." represented by Jirí Nekovár. The fundamental and most important subject of activities is statutory audit of individual, as well as consolidated, financial statements according to both Czech and international accounting standards and audits for special purposes in the case of mergers, restructuring or splitting of companies of all legal forms. For owners or investors we are capable of ensuring forensic audit and reviews of accounting records, as well as of follow-up documentation in the case of purchase and sale of businesses or their parts or for the purpose of market appraisal. An important part of our offer is formed by the help to our clients during publication of data from their accounting records, drawing up of annual reports and other information, e.g. for banks and other institutions. For our clients and after an agreement with them we ensure education sessions and current information on changes in accounting and tax regulations, with regard to the needs and subject matter of the activities of our clients.
