On behalf of our international client we are currently seeking a new candidate, who would join an international team!


TURKISH SPEAKING PARTNER ADVISOR


 


Our client has an opportunity available in Prague- Czech Republic for a Virtual Partner Advisor Agent who will be responsible to support resellers & partners via phone, email and chat in a high volume in-bound/out-bound call center environment.

Your responsibilities:


 


  • Responsible for providing support to partners that promotes and generate revenue for in-bound/out-bound telesales and chats

·         Guide and support partners in their needs to engage with the proper support teams


·         Track all partner activities in CRM/PRM case management tool


·         Provide Program and Promotions support to Partners 


·         Ability to project confidence and knowledge over the phone and quickly assess what the need is


·         Provides reactive support to partners that will drive the sales process (multiply the Cisco sales force) & generates incremental revenue


·         Responsible for processing request with in SLA targets, SAT scores, successful incident resolution scores and effectively leveraging internal (virtual) resources


·         Influences partners through education on Partner profitability & loyalty programs that will improve Partner readiness to sell and deploy Cisco products, solutions and services, with appropriate focus on SB


·         Provides training on tools, pre-sales promotions, and deal support


Requirements:


 


  • High School graduate.  College degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Microsoft Office, Web experience preferred if possible a CRM tool such as Siebel, SAP, Salesforce.com, etc.

  • Additional English language skills besides Turkish highly desirable

  • At least one year of previous B2B or technical sales experience required, preferably within a contact center or fast-moving sales environment

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence


·         Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork


·         Affinity for technology required
