For our client, an international company, we are looking for experienced Team Leader for Travel and Expences Services.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading team of 20 people, managing the performance of the team and ensuring that the service levels are met. Part of the role is also setting the strategic goals for the team and reporting the results to Operation Manager. The person will be also providing customer support to client entities and handle escalated issues.

Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have experience from shared service center and proven people management skills  –  experience with leading at least small team is a must. The knowledge of Concur or similar T&E workflow tool is a big advantage. We are looking for result oriented person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to wok under the pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office and fluent English or German – Czech language is not required.
