Our client, a well known international company, has currently opened an interesting vacancy. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to be part of an international team. Currently we are searching for the top candidates for the position of:  Training Coordinator for SSC environment.

Responsibilities:
 
- Working closely with Managers to create and maintain the training plans
- Main focus is to train soft skills and other internal trainings (focus on training for senior management)
- To ensure that training is administered, monitored, delivered, evaluated and reported
- Update the Training/HR Database with all information regarding training providers
- To keep and develop the training policy and strategy
- Generally update and maintain training records accordingly
- Follow up all activities regarding training of personnel and mapping future training
- Assist in the sourcing of external training providers as requested
-              Coaching activities
- Produce annual training budget forecast

Qualifications:

- Background in a similar role, MUST have previous experience working in training
- Strong foundation of training soft skills (focus on leadership skills and other trainings is a big asset)
- Target orientated, able to meet deadlines
- Excellent Excel and MS office skills
- Team player, Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good English
