BlueLink International CZ is an international customer service centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programmes, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline and hotel chain clients.

Currently we are looking for a new colleague for the position:

Team Leader

Main responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 10 - 15 coordinators, managing the “life-cycle” of the team

• Ensuring the quality of team members’ work 

• Motivation and providing of the evaluation process

• Ensure that the internal rules are respected and the company objectives are fulfilled

• Having supervisor shifts when the whole platform needs to be taken care of

We require:

• Fluency in English

• Managerial experience at least 3 years

• Strong leadership skills (ability to manage, motivate the team & make a decision)

• Very good analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills 

• Flexibility to switch priorities and requirements 

• Ability to work under pressure

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Full Time workload (working on shifts; opening hours from 8am till 10pm)
