Your responsibilities will be:

- managing processes and team within international SSC environment
- implementing / changing / maintaining of the new systems & procedures
- daily contact / problem solving with SSC customers
- continuous improvement and professional customer service
- administration, KPI’s, reporting
- assisting and controlling of all payment runs, invoice completion   
- provide operations reports
- hiring / motivating / couching team members
- leading up 15-20 Team members
 
Client requires:

- experience from managerial (Team Leader) position within international SSC
- accountancy / finance background + experience from administrative business support, daily
- previous experience from leading team members
- advanced level of English and German
- IT knowledge (accounting SW, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong attention to detail with experience in analysis and review
- great communicator & problem solving and assertive
