As a Second Level Support specialist you will work in a distributed team with colleagues from over 20 different nationalities across offices in Prague, Frankfurt and Chicago supporting the most influential firms in the fast-paced financial markets. This position requires some international travel.

Our requirements
University degree in Economics, Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering or alternatively equivalent professional qualification / experience
Experience with programming languages (C/C++, JAVA, PERL)
Expertise with either Windows Server or Unix/Linux
Experience in Networking and wide area connectivity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical ability, eager to learn & teach
Experience with the FIX and/or FAST Protocol(s) would be an asset
Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Expertise with MS Office applications
Your responsibilities:
Provision of professional technical 2nd level support for all front-end related member issues
Perform and coordinate software kit tests for front-end releases
Write installation- and operation guides for front-end software releases
Write and review internal technical documentation
Set up and support technical infrastructure and environments for training purposes
Investigate and develop potential new products for internal support units
