This vacant position is for a Technical Support Communication Specialist, focusing on service excellence to promote the highest quality customer care to best support customer retention through telephone & email channels. The successful candidate will have great phone/communication skills and as you would expect an aptitude for technology. All candidates must possess a good level of English. The roles will support the marketplace in Hebrew speaking countries.
If successful you’ll be working from ICON’s showcase Prague location, a first class facility supported by the very best transportation links. • Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal and written in any of the headline languages (Hebrew) plus high level in English
• Technical aptitude, technical help desk experience considered an asset
• Customer oriented and motivated with the desire to succeed
• Interest in and willingness to work in an electronic environment
• Honesty, integrity and team spirit
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Legally qualified applicants to work in the Czech Republic will have priority for immediate start
