This vacant position servicing the Texas Instrument account is for a technical support communication specialist, focusing on service excellence to promote the highest quality customer care to best support customer retention through telephone & email channels.
The successful candidate will have great phone/communication skills and as you would expect an aptitude for technology. All candidates must possess an excellent level of English. The role will be to support the marketplace in China.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal and written in Chinese plus an excellent level in English
- Technical aptitude, technical help desk experience considered an asset
- Customer oriented and motivated with the desire to succeed
- Interest in and willingness to work in an electronic environment
- Honesty, integrity and team spirit
- Knowledge of MS Office and Database Systems, Oracle applications considered an asset
- Experience of working with or troubleshooting software problems desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
