SAP IT Support Centre Specialist / Help Desk with English and German

 

For our significant client, an international company operating in Shared Services area, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of IT Support speaking very good both English and German.

 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

You will be in the 1st or 2nd line support (depending on your experience and technical knowledge of SAP). Responsible for answering incoming questions and solving queries, you will be a support of another division, providing information and suggesting solutions, you will assign all queries into the system and report on progress and KPIs on regular basis.

 

Do you meet following requirements?

 

We expect an university degree and at least short customer support or help desk experience. You have to speak actively both English + German. Good knowledge of MS Office is a must, experience with SAP is a big advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and proactive approach are essential.
