The company is one of the strongest privately held payroll and business services company in the Czech Republic and have offices accross the larger part of Central & Eatern Europe and in several Western European countries. They provide payroll services, audit-, tax- and bookkeeping  services, and specialized human resource services for small to medium size companies in all major markets in Western- and Central & Eastern Europe. The company is fast-moving and forward-thinking, and are seeking for a strong, senior-level addition to their team of professionals.


 


Sales manager Payroll Services


We are looking for a sales professional that is interested in long-range career growth, who are self-starters and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit for the CEE region. The company offers significant opportunities for professional growth. This position is also open to expat professionals with fluent English willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic.


As a company committed to excellence, you will get the chance to work with bright, highly motivated people. We need a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Manager Payroll Services for the company.


In this position, you will be the one who: generates revenue; identifies market potential; initiates sales process; closes sales; expands sales in existing accounts; recommends new products and services; direct matrix teams in the initial steps of realization of the sold projects; cross-sell and up-sell; advice the company on how to improve performance. You will be based in Prague but you will frequently travel to, and work in other CEE countries, mostly in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. In the future the company is interested in moving to other markets in the region as well.


Further to this, we need a Sales Manager who will treat his/her territory like his/her own business. We provide powerful products, tools and marketing support to enable new business growth and improve client retention. The target markets are mostly medium/large size businesses.You will develop and nurture long-standing relationships with human resource professional/business owners/decision makers and develop the Company‘s brand in the territory.


 


Position Requirements:


·         Has demonstrate able experience in communication with top-level decision makers in medium and large companies and with higher level human resources professionals from such companies, and has a network of establsihed contacts with such people


·         Has preferably some knowledge of payroll services and understands their vast benefits for organizations


·         Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences


·         Is an effective and articulate speaker and easily adjusts the message to match the audience


·         Must be fluent in English; other CEE languages can be an advantage


·         Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals


·          Closes the sale by learning and addressing client needs and concerns, while consistently moving the client towards commitment


·         Develops and fosters client and networking relationships as a means of generating referrals


·         Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on client feedback and market environment. Is able to form the job, and bring constructive innovation in his role to the company


·          Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively. Consistently identifies new sources of business


·         Has experience in leading matrix-led teams


·         Has a track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated territory


·          Uses territory analysis to target top prospects


·          Represents the highest levels of honesty and integrity


·         Has  at least a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrate able results


·          Computer literacy including use of laptops, Windows, and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word)


The company offers a base salary of 150.000 CZK per month plus bonuses and a number of other benefits.
