Vacancy description

It delivers intelligent, customer-controlled network services to a diverse range of businesses including mobile operators, service providers and enterprise customers.
The Team:
This role reports to Manager, Central Account Team and fits under the Central Account Team, all of whom are based in Prague. The team is strongly multi-national and made up of 2 sub-groups with 4 principle activities – Telemarketing, Telesales , Sales Engineering & Sales Administration.
The Role:
·        Support the CAT Telesales by taking responsibility for sales admin activities and hence releasing the CAT AM’s from admin workload
·        Process Credit Checks, Credit Notes, Cease Requests etc on behalf of CAT AM
·        Provide Siebel data entry support where needed
·        Liaise with other departments and ensure sales dependencies and actions are progressing/completed on time (SOPS, Products, Pricing, Sales Engineering)
·        Responsible for IONE Trial activation and correct tracking of IONE related data in Siebel
·        Undertake daily progress of proposals and orders in the system and chase any falling behind deadline
·        Support CAT Telemarketing with accurate recording / tracking of data generated from their telemarketing efforts
·        Maintain records of CAT sales and forecasts by producing reports (upon management request) – Excel, Business Objects
·        Complete / update process documentation / work instructions (upon request)
·        Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data available, incl primary sales contacts, company info, competitor insights, contract lengths etc.
·        Communicate obstacles / issues / escalations to the CAT Manager in timely manner
Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales support function.
Proven experience and competence in running and maintaining simple databases (Excel).
Strong customer focus and ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy while being able to maintain higher workload
Professional and effective communicator able to liaise with confidence with both internal and external parties
Flexible, energetic and self motivated / driven
Fluent English. Other language knowledge on fluent level is a plus.
