Relationship / Project Manager for European Region

Business Applications Development & Competence Center, Brno

Based in European Competence Centre in Brno, the goal of this newly established position is to build up creative cooperation among Konica Minolta business units across Europe. You will manage and govern successful integration and implementation of pan-European innovative business solutions, while having a respect to local needs. 

The key responsibility is to develop and deploy new business process integration systems, to support and cooperate with other business units and motivate them to use these products as an optimal solution for local needs.

Among your responsibilities is to:

·        Manage cooperation, expectations and satisfaction of internal customers during implementation of centrally-driven solutions, including C-level cooperation among individual countries.

·        Collect feedbacks and issues related to legacy, local systems and applications, and use the feedback to deliver improved service.

·        Facilitate good relationships and maximize its value to get the most productive cooperation.

·        Guide and mentor project managers in local teams during the implementation phases.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has college/university degree and (international) project management experience with online, electronic or IT related products and business applications (ERP, CRM, business warehouse).
