Payroll Accountant/HR

 

As part of the worldwide MARCUS EVANS GROUP, Marcus Evans CZ delivers highly topical business intelligence to leading European companies.

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and service minded personality as our full-time PRAGUE PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT/HR, fluent in Czech and English with the ability to work independently. 

 

Successful Candidates have:

 

• Good knowledge of English (advanced  level) + Czech language necessary

• The experiences with employment of the foreigners (the working permits and visa agenda)

• Secondary school or high school diploma

• 2 years of the experiences in payroll & HR at least

• Knowledge of the Czech Labour Code & Legislation

• Good PC skils – MS Office, HR & Payroll system (Helios system is welcome not necessary)

• Stress resistant, working independently, ability to meet tightimelines, high attention to details

 

Main tasks:

 

• Responsible for the complete payroll & HR agenda (approx. 130 employees)

• Preparation and cooperation with the Health insurances, Social insurances, Tax office, Labour offices

• The Annual Tax Settlement process

• Providing support to our employees with HR & Payroll questions

• Monitoring of the legislative changes

• Working permit agenda
