Monster is currently searching for Senior QA Engineer, based in Prague, Czech Republic.


About the role:

The Senior QA Engineer will work with a team of QA Engineers located in the UK and the Czech Republic to deliver a world-class web-based B2B and B2C application. The Senior QA Engineer role requires a strong understanding of software process, strong leadership skills, proven ability to develop test cases based on written product requirements, an ability to execute test cases on schedule and with a high degree of accuracy, and an ability to work in teams located in different geographies.


Requirements:
• 4+ experience writing test cases in HP Quality Center
• 5+ years of hands-on software testing and QA experience
• Excellent understanding of Software Development and QA processes, principles, and techniques
• Experience in testing large, web-based applications
• Experience leading teams of software quality professionals
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to learn quickly
• Adaptability


Bonus requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft IIS
• Knowledge of the Welsh language
• Experience with UK government software implementations
• Experience testing career-related web sites
• Experience developing automated tests
