Purpose of Role

To ensure the efficient planning, processing and completion of each transportation & logistics project within the Source Prague Operations Team.

Reporting To
Managing Director

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Coordinate successful transportation of animals in transfer, exchange or sale, from handover with sales team through to final reporting and evaluation of completed operation.
• Handle multiple international logistics projects at their different stages, simultaneously
• Organise long term planning of projects and manage, support and monitor a team to achieve financial and management goals.

Requirements:

• Tertiary-level education
• Experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with freight-forwarding, logistics or operations.
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; strong IT skills and understanding
• Fluent in English language, (oral and written)
• Fluency in other languages, Czech. German or French especially, is advantageous but not essential
