  SCOPE OF EMPLOYMENT 

 * Administration and preparation of tenders , portfolio management and 

   supplier relationship development

* External suppliers interaction for awarding agreements terms and 

   negotiate clauses

* Acquire goods and services as required for different markets and 

  European business lines

* Forecasting and market study for future demands and assurance of supply

* Processing of Return materials

* Supervision and cooperation with approval and processing of invoices

 

  REQUIREMENTS

* University degree in logistics, supply chain management or 

   experience in procurement

* Excellent English both oral and written form + advance to fluent German

* International experience is a plus

* Proficient with MS Office applications

* Flexibility to work 'outside the box'

* Good analytical and problem solving skills

* Team player with good communication skills

* Positive attitude towards challenges

* Willing to learn continuously
