REQUIREMENTS recording to the role:
* University Degree
* Fluent English (C1)
* 4-5 years experience in SSC or BPO
* Managerial or team leader experience min 3 years
* Knowledge of SSC processes/Operations/HR
* Process driven / experience in deploying process across multiple teams
* Strong client service orientation
* Proven people management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong initiative and enthusiasm
