Logistics Planner/Dispatcher with Dutch and French

Job description

Dutch speaking Logistics Planner/Dispatcher - management of the Fuel supply chain and making sure Retail, Industry, and Wholesale customers are supplied in a timely and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP,


• Maintenance of vehicle transport, and driver data and entering these into SAP,


• General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues,


• Maintaining good communication between hauliers/ sales/ fleet/ credit / self-billing,


• Regular meetings with Territory Managers to improve delivery systems,


• Monitor sales trend and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.


• React to delivery problems during the execution of the delivery plans.

Requirements 

• Excellent Dutch, English and at least intermediate French language skills,


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel,


• Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results.


• General attention to detail,


• Advantages include knowledge of SAP, logistical work, and/or oil industry.
