IT Help desk with Dutch

For client a major international technology centre we can now offer multiple numbers of these positions.

An immediate start is possible though our client can wait for notice period. a relocation package is available for candidates based out of CZ

Our client offers full and extensive training at the start of your role and ongoing so no IT experience is required!

The job:

- Receiving calls from corporate clients regarding various IT problems
- If possible resolving the problem utilizing your experience & the extensive training you will receive
- recording details of more serious problems, creating an “E ticket” to be able to track the problem in our clients database system and forwarding onto the correct person to resolve the issue.  

We Need:

- Fluent or Native French or Dutch or German or Swedish or Danish or Norwegian and a good level of English – No Czech Language required – a more then user level of IT skills either through education or experience
- 6 months plus experience in Customer Service or Helpdesk
- Personality is important, you must want to help people, work in a team environment and want to solve problems!
