Do you speak fluent Italian and Spanish? Are you also able to communicate in English? Do you wish to work in international environment and communicate with customers?

On behalf of our international client we are looking for a candidate for position:
ITALIAN / SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER ORDER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Main job responsibilities:
• Customer order service, with responsibility for direct customers
• Receiving and acting on enquiries for the customers
• Processing of customer orders
• Applying correct pricing
• Monitoring the customer complaints
• Communication regarding customer requirements for transport and shipment
• Organize dispatch, collation of information for invoicing
• Sales support
Key requirements:
• Experience as international customer service or logistics administrator or representative
• Fluent Spanish, Italian and English (all 3 languages!)
• User knowledge of SAP is an huge advantage
• Min. High school graduation exam
• Basic user knowledge of the MS tools as Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work in multi cultural environment
