For our client, strong international company based in Prague, we are searching for suitable candidates for position of SAP IT Support Specialist with fluent English, another European language would be a big advantage (no Czech required). Client team is currently expanding and this is a great opportunity to learn about processes or activities related to new service migration.

Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for technical support and everyday contact with external/internal users, you will receive requests and solve various task and problems related to use of information system and IT issues, eventually you will allocate unresolved calls to other colleagues or 2nd level support as appropriate and enter all information into system. Your goal will be to provide adequate and professional help and satisfy users’ needs.

Requirements:
As a successful candidate you should have at least 1 year experience in customer service, ideally within IT or technical field. Fluent level of English is a must, some other European language would be a big advantage.  We are looking for a person with strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in the team, you should also be very customer orientated, driven to solve problems and able to make a good relations. Good PC skills and orientation in IT is required, knowledge of SAP would be a big advantage.
