Key to their operations is the European IT services centre, based in Prague. The centre employs some of the leading specialists in IT development and support. As a result of their continued expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen, an IT Customer Support specialist to join their team. 

• Technical consulting, in particular connectivity aspects and potential improvements to customers' current technical infrastructure 


• Coordinating and tracking of customers' orders and the connectivity process as a whole 


• Generation of reports, (technical) documents and ensuring knowledge transfer among the teams 


• Coordination of release changes and support of release management with internal and external parties

 

Requirements

•  University degree in Economics, Information Technology, natural sciences or engineering 


• Proper expectation management for our customers and maintenance of regular customer/colleague contact to keep them informed/updated on progress, issues and timetables 


• Sound analytical skills as well as good understanding and anticipation of customers' technical requirements and needs 


• Work pro-active, independently, goal-oriented and demonstrate initiative 


• The following interpersonal skills are essential:

  Profound skills of the English language in both verbal and written form 
   German speakers preferred 
   Distinct communication skills and willingness to work in teams 

• The following IT-skills will be considered as an advantage: 

 Profound knowledge about Client-Server Architectures 
   Good understanding of Network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP; Multicast) 
   Proficient usage of the stat-of-the-art office products (e.g. World, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes) 

• Willingness to train in Germany for the initial period
