For our significant client, a large international company providing various services to the external clients, we are looking for suitable candidates for the role of HR Support Centre Specialist with speaking active both English and another European language.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

 

The successful candidates will act as a key contacts for internal customers of the client from various European countries and will provide them with an advisory and customer service (information about various HR related issues). You will work with SAP and other internal applications. Regular reporting and statistics is a part of your responsibilities as well.

 

You will also actively participate on expansion of the current team and therefore you will gain a great opportunity to learn from the processes set up related to new service migration.

 

 

Do you meet following requirements?

 

We expect candidates with university degree and at least short customer service experience with fluency in English + another European language is an advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Office is a must, expreience with SAP or similar system is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and proactive approach are essential.
