We are searching for a strong experienced HR MANAGER responsible for sourcing activities and talent management across the Czech Republic and other European countries. The area we search a suitable candate for is a fast growing OUTSOURCING and SHARED SERVICES business. As a manager based in the Czech Republic you will act as the key contact for the HR Director and HR deparment  liaising with stakeholders based in Czech Republic and Europe.


Role is based in PRAGUE or BRNO - attractive locations in Czech Republic.




MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure that HR processes and policies development addresses and supports growth of the company in Europe . To implement, maintain and execute HR processes and polices for European locations of the company within the guidelines of the company’s overall people and HR policies and procedures as well as with local law rules, which complies with present and future challenges of the business. 

KEY TASKS
- to ensure that development of HR function in Europe supports growth of the organization in the region
- to control and guide the implementation, execution and maintenance of HR and people policies and practices at the different units in Europe
- to contribute to the HR function so as to create and establish a global standard of HR best practices
- to develop the team of subordinates

DO YOU MEET FOLLOWING KEY REQUIREMENTS ?

- at least  5 years on HR MANAGERIAL role in SSC/BPO area (must, especially the area of SSC/BPO)
- proven experience in HR AREA from different European countries - regional HR responsiblity, knowledge of other markets (must)
- University degree with min around 8 years of experience in HR area
- Experience with best practice in HR practices (e.g. recruitment, talent management, employee relation)
- Ability to plan and design HR strategies and develop related HR policies in alignment with the business
- Experience in working across global teams
- Have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written (Czech is not needed)
- Ability to set priorities, to plan and organise tasks efficiently 
- Inter-personal skills, team-working ability and capacity to motivate
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
