As a worldwide operating company in the tourism sector (headquarter based in Zurich)

we are looking for HR Assistant with Czech, English and German (substitute for maternity leave)
(part time -  start date: February/March 2012).

Being a member of our Human Resources Team, you will actively contribute to the composition of an international team and provide administrative HR Support to our team members.

Job description:

• Support and communication to our employees
• Pay roll preparation
• Recruiting support, advertisement of vacancies
• Communication with the labour office and health insurance company
• Cooperation with the accounting department
• Help with organization of company events
• Overall administrative support

Requirements:

• Czech native is a must
• English fluent is a must
• German fluent is a big advantage
• Strong team player
• Service oriented and communicative personality
