Human Resources Administrator are in direct and indirect contact (i.e. phone & email) to the client (client's employees, HR community, alumnis etc.) and takes care of advisory and HR administrative transactional activities in the areas of payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel documentation etc.
At the moment, we are looking for language combinations: English &Â Swedish for our large international team in Prague.

Responsibilities
• On a daily basis answer general HR queries received via phone (Contact Centre), email or system from the client based in Sweden
• Advise the client on various issues concerning HR policies and processes
• Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems and tracking toolsÂ
• Create official HR documents (employment contracts, exit documents, references etc.)
• Work upon strictly agreed processes and rules that are in place
• Provide feedback for process improvements
• Support other team members by knowledge sharing
• Ensure the highest quality
• Actively participate in various projects and additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary
Job Requirements:
• High school/University degree
• Fluent/native speaker level of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Active team player
• PC savvy - ability to learn and use efficiently various systems
• Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
• Excellent client handling skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good working spirit
• Taking initiative and actively think about improvements
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
