First Level technical support for Hungarian and Bulgarian market

 

Your tasks

• First Level technical support of Toshiba products


• Presales support


• Reseller support


• Handling of customer service enquiries

 

Our profile of preference

• Profound knowledge of computers


• Profound knowledge of MS Windows OS


• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Very good understanding of technical issues


• Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone, E-mail or chat


• Experience in escalation and problem-solving of technical is-sues


• Experience in cross-selling and up-selling is a plus


• Strong customer service focus


• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired


• Ability to operate in high pressure situations


• Hungarian / Bulgarian native speaker


• Advanced level of English
