We are looking for a friendly, communicative, customer service and detail orientated individual to join our Creative and Guest Relations team. As a Guest Relations Agent you can expect to come into contact with many of our hotel guests from many different countries. Your basic responsibility will be to fulfill guest's wishes, make their stay as comfortable as possible, and help improve the quality and range of our Services.

No previous hotel experience is required.

Basic knowledge of the Czech Language can be helpful, but not necessary. A high level of English is necessary.
