Global Helpdesk Specialist
Location: Prague, CZ

To extend our internal support function in our IT hub located in the center of Prague,
we look for a suitable candidate for the role of Global Helpdesk Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Provide internal IT support to all McKinsey employees worldwide over the phone
- Troubleshoot OS and standard IT applications, LAN and WAN connectivity and HW issues related to 
  PCs and smart phones
- Manage complex user problems against aggressive timelines
- Interface with various IT support and development teams as required
- Continuously contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge as issues/solutions arise
- Collaborate in the daily hand-over of issues with colleagues in other regions

Requirements:
- Knowledge in key areas such as Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, Lotus Notes, BlackBerry
- Distinct customer orientation combined with strong sense of ownership to effectively resolve open
  issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in our internal business language: English
- Strong team spirit with the ability to work both in local and virtual team settings
- Desire to learn new skills and to extend knowledge into new technologies as required
