German Speaking Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of high quality and on time payroll for all clients live in the country                     
Ensure management of team members                                                                                            

Coordination of Payroll Team
Manage the client to ensure timely signoff on Payroll results
Communication with clients on daily basis

We require:

Secondary school education 
Fluent in German
Proven Leadership skills 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good command of English language                                                                                               
SAP user is a +
Proven ability to multi-task, analyze and problem-solve issues
Customer service experience with proven skills with conflict resolution is a +                              Experience from shared service center is a plus
