CRM Advisor – with FRENCH language

What are you going to do?

• Booking of air tickets by the phone
• Work for Air France VIP customers
• Provide information about loyalty programs
• Work with online booking programs

• Advanced knowledge of French language
• Communicative / upper-intermediate level of English
• Willingness to communicate and help customers
• Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
