To be considered for this exciting opportunity should have a proven experience in offering excellent customer service on a face to face basis, whilst also having the ability to secure student applications to LSBF. You should have a strong and proven sales background, be confident in dealing with people at all levels and have the ability to quickly and easily build rapport with students. You should also have previous experience working in a target driven environment, we are looking for individuals who thrive under pressure, who are competitive and who are willing to work hard to exceed their targets and progress their career.

You will require:

·      Fluent English - written and verbal (Czech is not needed)

·      Confident in dealing with people

·      Must have previous experience in a face to face consultative sales position.

·      Excellent communication, relationship building skills and professional approach

 

      ·      Previous experience in a customer service or advisor focused position

·      Proven background in a new business / business development / income generating role,

·      Ability to consult students through the full application process from initial conversation to finalising and closing their application to study with LSBF.

·      Be committed to the development of LSBF, your team and yourself

·      General computer knowledge – Microsoft Office

·      Advanced Excel skills

·      Zivnostensky List (Beneficial)

 

What the role will involve:

 

·      Handling student enquiries regarding different programmes from potential students

·      Providing individually tailored advice at all times

·      Portraying a positive and professional image of LSBF at all times

·      Account Managing students applications from original enquiry to payment of tuition fees

·      Pro-actively generating new enquires

·      Generating a positive and sought after image of LSBF

-      Possibility for travel to National, European and International Education Fairs in order to promote and recruit potencial students.
