SCOPE:


  • Partner Marketing Executive will develop, implement and execute sales and marketing campaigns to partners in conjunction with Alliance and Channel organization, Marketing and Sales Representatives.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and execute successful campaigns and events towards ECEMEA partner base in conjunction with the Alliance and Channel, Marketing and Sales teams. These campaigns focus purely wide Oracle partner base.

  • Create internal A&C newsletter

  • Create Oracle newsletters to partners

  • Coordination and tracking of local event activities

  • Cooperation with EMEA partner marketing team, interface for ECEMEA team

  • Localize and execute global partner campaigns – ensure proper localization

  • Create, select, maintain partner data and target groups. Identify key target audience and coverage strategy. Partner segmentation. Ensure accuracy of the partner contact database – through profiling other programs.

  • Focus on ROI from all A&C marketing and DemGen efforts – coordinate follow up and monitoring the results.

  • Pro-actively seek inputs and stimulate discussion with A&C, Sales and Marketing teams as well as with partner community

  • Engage and professionally manage third party suppliers – DM agencies, call centers, event organizers and list brokers.

 


QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE:


  • Proven experience in marketing in ICT or similar industry (min 3 years)

  • Experience with marketing/selling through partners/channel is advantageous

  • Completed University Degree in a Business or Marketing discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail and focus on results

  • Team player with a pro-active ‘can do’ mentality with the ability to drive and translate strategy effectively into execution

  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and willingness and openness to learn

  • Knowledge of Oracle’s products and experience with channel marketing and sales is an advantage

  • Willingness to work with limited contract
