Dutch speaking Client Service Representative

Responsibilities:

-Provide information to clients via email, CRM or fax
-Identify sensitive customer concerns
-Ability to solve / close tickets: 30% to 40%
-Receive and respond to daily inbound calls
-Administrative support

We require:

- Secondary school education
- Good PC skills
- Fluent in Dutch
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good command of English language
- Proven ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues
- Customer service experience with proven skills with conflict resolution is a +
