In our division Siemens Global Shared Services we are looking for new colleagues on the positions Delegation Consultant.

Responsibilities

• advice business partners about right delegation form


• execution of all international delegations for EMEA according to the Siemens International Delegation Policies


• drive the Delegation Process together with the partners in the country’s


• supervise and coach immigration, taxation and social security matters


• handle Data Management IT Tool

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


• fluent English is a must, fluent level of German or Italian language is advantage 


• HR background or experience in international delegation issues


• knowledge of immigration, taxation and social security matter


• intercultural sensitivity, excellent communication skills and customer service orientation


• strong analytical skills and decision-maker
