DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices (trainings will be provided)

• Educate German customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue

• Working hours are organized in shifts to cover operation hours Monday – Sunday, 8 am – 8 pm, including public holidays

• Process training of 6 weeks is provided, no leaves are granted in the training period

• 4 exams need to be cleared in the training period in order to get qualified for the job

* Fluent German and communicative English
