You will be responsible for:
- communication with customers on a daily basis
- providing information about the products and services
- effective problem-solving

- maintaining and updating customer data
- ad-hoc administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- secondary/university education
-  English  proficiency
- fluency in another European language (German, French, Dutch or Nordic languages strongly preferred!)
- office-based job experience
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- positive and proactive attitude
- open-minded, communicative
- team player
