CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Support Assistant´s primary function will be to effectively support applications of the company for both internal and external customers. Support includes site navigation and system troubleshooting as well as interfacing with other company´s teams to ensure word – class service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Providing inbound application and functional support for all relevant applications, both internally and
   externally (by email, webform and phone)
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and within service level objectives
* Successfully documenting all requests through the CRM system while adhering to all documented
   procedures
* Providing general assistance to other teams within Global Customer Support
* Conducting all customer interactions in a manner that presents the company in a positive light.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Fluent English, Portuguese and Italian language
* Assistants are required to be respectful, fair, gracious and knowledgeable and to uphold the core values
   established by the company.
* Ensures that individual performance meets or exceeds the department standards
* All other duties as assigned.
