We are looking for Customer Service Professionals with Dutch ( Full Time start date: ASAP )

Being a member of our international team, you will provide all the services to your clients seeking for holiday homes provided by Interhome.

Job describtion:

• answering e-mails and phone calls
• preparing individual holiday offers
• managing customer requests with the partner on destination
• follow up clients' online bookings
• collection

Requirements:

• Bilingual candidates (very fluent in both of the languages Dutch + English)
• Strong team player
• Sales and service oriented
• Flexible (possible shifts routine and weekends)
• Communication skills
• good MS Office knowledge
