JOB DESCRIPTION:
* customer order management, ensuring on-time delivery of products
* resolving customer enquiries concerning products and product availability
* working with internal databases
* providing support to team colleagues

REQUIREMENTS:
* UNI degree
* experience with customer service care in a commercial business
* ITALIAN language – native level
* ENGLISH language – communicative level
* ability to follow processes, very good communication and problem solving skills, stress resistance
