(Location in Brno, Czech Republic)


 


Purpose of Position:


The Reporting Analyst supports customer-facing reporting requirements for Monster’s Sales and Service Teams by creation and analysis of reports.


 


Essential Functions:


  • Strong data analysis skills - ability to analyze and find patterns in data , reverse engineer data

  • Experience analyzing data from disparate systems for alignment

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills - ability to work across groups to absorb information

  • Knowledge/exposure to reference data in a previous position/organization

  • Self motivated problem solver

  • Ability to break down complex task

  • Ability to create processes that can be repeated without manual intervention

  • Strong MS Access & Excel skills for writing complex queries during analysis of data sets

  • Excellent written communications skills - ability to clearly document the current state. and recommendations for remediation

  • Strong SQL Skills

 


Job Requirements/Qualifications:


·         Expert Knowledge of SQL queries and structure.


·         Reporting experience in contact centre.


·         Strong ability to define problems, gather & analyze information, and form a plan of action


·         Extensive working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Monster tools desirable but not essential.


·         Ability to use office software packages and listening / comprehension skills to represent data in a meaningful way.


·         Ability to then analyze report data and express it (verbally and in writing) in simple terms.


·         Familiarity with data reporting tools.


·         Create and distribute ad-hoc reports as required.


·         Understanding of database relationship models.


·         Detail oriented - thorough, accurate and neat.


·         Action oriented with strong sense of urgency.


·         Ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements and situations.


·         Able to recognize data inconsistencies and call out questionable integrity of data.


·         Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are desirable but not essential.


·         Independently manages time and priorities effectively. Able to successfully manage multiple tasks.


·         Resilient and able to cope effectively under pressure.


·         Comfortable with a fast-paced multinational business environment


·         Ability to use phone and computer.


·         Comfortable sitting for long periods of time.
