The worldwide operating company in tourism sector is now looking for new colleague to the Prague office for position of Customer Service Specialist with English and Spanish, German or Dutch.


Job description
• Answering e-mails and phone calls, processing booking and reservations
• Preparing individual holiday offers
• Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
• Follow up clients' online bookings
• Collections

Requirements:
• Strong team player
• Previous working experience in customer service
• Sales and service orientation
• Flexibility (possible shifts routine and weekends)
• Very good communication skills, fluent English and Spanish, German or Dutch
• Good MS Office knowledge
