Customer Support Coordinator in Airline Business – SWEDISH speakers

 

Main responsibilities:

 

* Providing full support to our customers - world-known airlines and their VIP clients

* Phone communication with passengers in the area of luggage claims – incoming & outgoing calls - and providing them with information related to this field

* Claims intake, claims processing and claims management

* Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures 

* Working with special airline applications

 

We require:

 

* Native Swedish speaker with advanced level of English

* Good communication skills

* Ability to provide perfect customer service 

* Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability and responsibility 

* Time flexibility
