We are seeking for CUSTOMER ADVISOR for our client who is an international and well known technical related company in Ostrava. During this work you can use one of the following language combinations:

ENGLISH+GERMAN+FRENCH
ENGLISH+DUTCH+SPANISH
ENGLISH+DUTCH+ITALIAN

Tasks:
You will be responsible for answering questions and solving queries via phone, e-mail, fax and you are responsible assigning all queries into the system. You need to keep customers informed about the status and progress of technical faults on their services.This position is providing high level of information between customer and the technical division.
You need to have a strong coorporation with other departments and supporting them.


No work experience required! The language requirements are very important!
