For our client, international company, we are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and customer orientation to become a part of a financial team on a position of Credit&Collection Specialist with Polish.

 

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for everyday communication with clients and ensuring the control of overdue payments, you will be preparing agreements with customers, checking their ratings and providing approvals for new customers and covering the dunning process. You will be preparing debts report on regular basis and communicating with collection agencies if needed. Part of your job will be also cooperation with financial team and accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.

 

Requirements:

Suitable candidate should have university education with economic or finance specialization or at least one year experience in finance field – ideally knowledge of credit&collection. Advanced level of English and Polish is required for daily communication. We are looking for an independent and responsible person with strong communication skills, customer orientation, analytical thinking and proactive approach and also ability to meet deadlines and solve problems. Good PC skills and good knowledge of Excel is required, knowledge of SAP or other similar system would be an advantage.
