CONSULTANT AND FIELD RESEARCHER 

The Role.

You will be working on challenging projects exclusively for high profile clients.
Full involvement in the process of  finding, pre-screening and providing suitable candidates to all the relevant portfolios in your department.

You will be trained and coached on identifying the market needs in Prague and the Slovak Republic and how to  adapt the knowledge to your job requirements.

YOU WILL NOT be teach how to bee pro-active, resourceful and professional at all times. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS QUALITIES THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.!

Responsibilities:-

-Pre-screening of CVs
-Conducting pre-phone interviews with potential candidates
-Administering technical tests for candidates when required
-Arranging interviews and interview events for candidates with the team leader
-Updating candidate information using spreadsheets and databases
-Maintain comunication with candidates pre and post interviews
-Participating in offer and HR process when required
-Organizing briefing events between team leader, managers and clients.
-Working on ad-hoc projects
-Statistics report
-Assisting the Senior Field Researcher in advertising field


Requirements:

* OUTGOING, SOCIAL, VERY COMUNICATIVE AND CONFIDENT A MUST !!

*RESULT ORIENTATED IS A MUST !!!
*Secondary/University education
*Excellent spoken and written English, other language a big pluss 
*Advance PC skills (MS Office, Outlook)
*Outstanding Customer service skills
*Strong conversation skills and a positive attitude
*Confident Self-motivated person with problem solving skills and eye for detail
