Compliance Auditor

The position is based in Prague. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance SSC Europe, you will be a member of the SSC Finance team responsible helping the smooth running of SSC Prague.

This is a temporarily contract for 1 year with the possibility of extension after that to a contract for indefinite time.

Job Description

·            Cooperating the internal and external auditors to ensure the smooth audit process in all audited areas including sales, billing, cash receipts, accounts payable, cash disbursements, etc

·            Conducting own internal audits of controls and procedures under SOX compliance requirements as well as other internal audits towards enhancement of overall control business environment

·            Decision making regarding the process changes with the purpose of maintaining the full compliance with SOX rules and identifying any potential “control gaps” requiring remediation

·            Cooperating closely with the VP Head of Finance SSC Europe on completion and management different projects in various areas (e.g. physical security and business premise, ethics and staff awareness, monitoring of staff performance, European-wide activities towards consistency and effective shared services, cost cutting projects, etc.)

·            Cooperating with representatives of Monster corporate office and executing different business-enhancement projects

·            Preparing certain regular operational, performance or various business-related analyses

·            Documenting and updating of the overall business / operational process descriptions and internal controls listings

·            Drafting and regular updating of the internal policies applicable not only for the Finance SSC but for the whole European or global Monster business

·            Updating organizational documents of the Finance SSC, as necessary

Required Skills

·            Previous audit experience (CPA or CIA license, or progress towards obtaining is an advantage)

·            Project management experience

·            Fluent in English and Czech

·            High-level experience in MS Excel, Word and Visio
